1. Right of withdrawal under EU consumer law
As a consumer you have, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person nominated by you, received the goods. For the subscription, the withdrawal period is counted from delivery of the first box.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Let us know that you want to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. The easiest way is to email help@xnails.se with your order number. You can also use the standard form further down. After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to (selected examples): - Goods which, once the seal has been broken, cannot reasonably be returned for health or hygiene reasons — for example opened nail, hygiene or beauty products - Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised - Sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software, where the seal has been broken
4. Refunds
We will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery fee (but no more than the cost of the cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that they have been sent. The refund is made to the same payment method used at purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Return costs
You bear the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if you have handled them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
6. The subscription and the right of withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from the subscription itself after the first delivery — rather than individual products — pause or cancel from My account. A refund for the first box is made under the rules above, provided the seal on the hygiene items has not been broken.
