Delivery times, carriers, tracking, international shipping and customs fees.

1. Delivery times

We normally ship your box within 1–2 working days from the moment the month's proposal has been confirmed. Delivery time within the Nordics is then 1–3 working days, and 2–6 working days for the rest of Europe. During campaigns and peak season the handling time may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery methods

We ship with established carriers — usually PostNord, Bring or an equivalent local partner in your country. The carrier used depends on the destination and can vary from month to month. Parcels are delivered to your nearest pickup point or to your door depending on the shipping method.

3. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in the monthly subscription price. If an additional shipment is needed (for example, a rebuilt box at your request), a separate shipping fee may apply — this will always be made clear before you confirm.

4. Tracking

When your box is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the parcel via the carrier's website.

5. Customs and import fees

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import fees and local VAT may apply. These charges are paid by the recipient and are collected by the carrier or by customs in the destination country. We cannot predict the exact amount — please contact your local customs authority in advance if you would like to know more.

6. Uncollected parcels

For parcels that are not collected from the pickup point and are returned to us, a fee for return shipping and handling will be charged — currently 149 SEK / approx. 13 EUR. The fee will be communicated when we get in touch and may be deducted from any refund under the right of withdrawal.

7. Damaged or missing contents

Please check the box on arrival. If the parcel is damaged or anything is missing, contact us within 7 days at help@xnails.se with your order number and ideally a photo. We will sort it out quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

8. Returns

If you would like to return an item, please notify us first at help@xnails.se with your order number. We will then send instructions for the return address and, where applicable, a return label. Pack the item well, preferably in the original packaging, and send it within 14 days. We recommend a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
