1. General
These purchase terms apply to all purchases and subscriptions through XNails Club. The seller is XNails Club. By completing a purchase you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms — the current version is always available on the website.
2. Order and contract
A binding contract is formed once you have completed payment and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or other objective reasons.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex) or other methods shown at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — we do not store card details. For subscriptions, payment is charged automatically at the start of each cycle.
4. Incorrect pricing
If a price is obviously incorrect — for example a technical error that produces an unreasonably low total — we have the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in a separate document (Shipping). If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days you have the right to cancel the purchase under EU consumer rights rules.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The details and exceptions are set out in Right of Withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene and beauty products once the seal has been broken.
7. Complaints
You have the right to complain about a product that is defective or does not match what was agreed. Statutory consumer rights apply for the period set by the law of your country of residence. Get in touch within a reasonable time after discovering the defect — normally within two months.
8. Faulty goods
In the event of a fault you have the right to request a repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. We cover return shipping for complaints about faulty goods.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier shortages or government decisions.
10. Disputes
We will always try to resolve any issues directly with you first. If we cannot reach agreement, you can as a consumer turn to the consumer arbitration body in the seller's country, or use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
