How the subscription, the AI stylist and your box work.

1. About the service

XNails Club is a monthly subscription where our AI stylist picks press-on nails, gel and accessories for you and sends a box to your door every month. The service is provided by XNails Club. By starting a subscription you accept these membership terms.

2. Who can become a member

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to take out a subscription. You confirm that the information you provide is correct and that the payment method is your own or is being used with permission.

3. How the subscription starts

Your subscription starts once we have confirmed payment and you have received an order confirmation by email. The first box ships within the current monthly cycle — see the next section.

4. Monthly cycle and auto-renewal

The subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown on the website at the time of renewal. We charge the payment in advance. Each month you will receive an SMS or in-app message where you can approve or swap that month's proposal. If you do not reply within the stated window (normally 48 hours), we will ship the proposal the AI stylist has put together.

5. What's in the box

The contents of the box are decided by the AI stylist based on your profile, your likes and what is in stock. We cannot guarantee that any specific product will be included in a given month. We reserve the right to replace individual items with an equivalent item of the same or higher value.

6. Price and payment

The current price is always shown on the website and at checkout. All prices include VAT. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store card details. If a charge fails we will get in touch and pause delivery until payment can be completed.

7. Pausing, changing and cancelling

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from My account. No minimum term and no cancellation fees. If you cancel after we have already charged you for the month, the cancellation takes effect from the next cycle — you will still receive the box you have paid for.

8. Points, streaks and perks

Members earn points and streaks for activity in the service (for example, responding to the AI stylist's proposals or writing reviews). Points are a loyalty perk with no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire if the account is inactive for more than 12 months. We reserve the right to adjust the rules for points and streaks without it affecting boxes that have already shipped.

9. The AI stylist

The AI stylist is an automated tool that offers suggestions based on your answers. Treat it as inspiration — not as professional advice. We do not take responsibility for individual allergies or skin reactions. Always read the product information and ingredients list before use.

10. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your delivery address, email and payment card up to date. You are also responsible for making sure our SMS and emails do not end up in your spam folder. If a box is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the parcel was not collected, a fee for redelivery may apply (see Shipping).

11. Our responsibilities

We are responsible for delivering the box on time and in the agreed condition. In the event of a defect or delay, your rights under EU consumer law apply (see Purchase Terms and Right of Withdrawal). Our financial liability is limited to the price of the box for the month in question, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of any material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and you always have the right to cancel the subscription free of charge in that case. Minor adjustments (clarifications, typos) take effect on publication.

13. Termination by us

We may end your subscription in the event of payment failures, misuse of the service or repeated returns without valid reason. We will let you know first wherever possible.

14. Disputes

We will always try to resolve any issues directly with you first. If we cannot reach agreement, you can as a consumer turn to the consumer arbitration body in the seller's country, or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
