Delete your account

Here you can request that your XNails app account is permanently deleted. This removes your app data: your XNails Club membership, your points and your referral status. This action cannot be undone.

If you have an active subscription, it ends automatically when the account is deleted. Your purchase and order history is kept as required by accounting law and is therefore not deleted – it is stored separately and no longer linked to an account you can log in to.

To protect your account, you first need to confirm it's you, via a one-time code sent to your email or mobile number.
